Hi friend,
Form 15 I is relevent for Sub contractors who saticify the following conditions -
1) He is an individual engaged in Plying, Leasing and hiring of tucks....
2) He has not owned more than 2 trucks at any time during the previous year.
If he saticify the above conditions he can submit Form 15 I to the payer (Contractor).
Form 15 J is relevent for Contractors who receives Form 15 I from sub contractors who saticify the above 2 conditions.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
