SIR, THERE IS NO 15 CA FORM IN https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ THEN HOW SHOULD I FILE THE FORM 15CA ACCORDING TO THE NEW RULES

visit the website. at the bottom right corner you will find a menu named "forms other than itr". click on this link and you will get form 15ca. it should be available there. there have been few changes wef 01.04.16, so chances may be that form might not be avalilable now but will be made available soon.
