Form 112: URGENT

Hello friends

I am facing the difficulty while filling the form no. 112. I am pursuing CS course, i want to know whether i have to fill the colum "Recommendation by Employer" in form and sign it from CA.

i hope u r also doing ur articleship, thn in that case u must fill that column with signature n seal of ur firm.

yes,Mr.Akashdeep Singh if u r article student till now u should fill the recomandation of employer with signature of the employer

But as mention in such colum, it is a recommendation by employer for allowing their article trainee to attend the classes for such course and also have to mention class timings, but CS is a correspondance course. Please check the form 112 attached.

yes you should get it signed by your employer .bcoz u can't study any other course without the permission of your principal..............as specified by the institute in its regulation.

U do not need to specify hours of the course for a correspondence course. but u do need a sign of ur principle. The form contains separate clause for correspondence courses.

Yes, in the case of m.com too 1 should have to get the form no. 112 signed by the principal if student is an articled. I too did d same.

arey yaar y is every1 makin such an issue of dis 112

icai has lakhs of students nd it is concernd more abt new studs rather dan already registered 1

dont worry so much just focus on yr studies rest everythin is cool and casual............

good after noon all ,

i am also a "freelance journlist: and inpresently writing the articles against fake university/ college/mahavidhalya/degree college.

if you have knowledge institute regarding providing BA, BCOM, LLB, MBA etc. degree in one year please give me the name of this institute so that i can do in social.
