is it true that ICAI makes ppl fail in their 1st attempt, if Form 112 is submitted?
secondly, is the Chance of passing in passing in 1st attempt, more than the chance in Subsequent attempts? we all know ICAI controlls result.

Hi ALEX,....
A. Passing or failing never relies on any particular no. of attempt... Rather, CA students have tendency to clear exams in their 2nd or thereafter attempts only...
B. I dont think so they will just fail u on non-submission of 112.... I mean, its a very small punishment for students... There must be some harsh, may be even cancellation of registeration....
