form 112 reply from icai

get your principal's signature in form 112..attach your b'com marks card..

you principal has to write in his Letter Head stating the reasons for delay in submission of Form 112.Also he has to state in that u are working during the hours prescribed by ICAI applicable for all articled assistants of ur firm and during the working hours, you are not attending any classes for the other course and doing this extra course doesnot interfere with your working timing..

Even I have submitted Form 112 for doing Graduation in the month of december 2009. There is no reply yet. What should I do? Pls help me

thanks srivastava...does my employer need to send the details too..that my cs exam date training date bcom passing date do not clash...i mean i did n appear fr cs during training n bcom

Hi Tara, Pls spell my name correctly...and regarding ur query, ur principal need not send other details and all..Just state the reasons for delay in submitting the form and express regret for it..Also, he should declare that u work sincerely during the office hours during so and so time as required by ICAI and during office hours u dont attend any classes for the other course and pursuing the other course doesnt clash with ur office timings..also he should request ICAI to grant permission to do the other course..thats all nothing else required..

i filled form 122 for b.com  , i recd letter that,

i have to attach

1) demand draft Rs300 for condoantion fees,

2) reply from boss

3) graduation mark sheet /certificate

 i am not but  i am not graduate ,how should i attach the same .

i am enclosing 12th class mark sheet towards compliance of third point.

I have filed my form 112 way back in 2008 for permission to do B.com.

But some clerical errors have crept in and they refuse to give me my article completion letter.The institute says that they have to refer the case to head office. I fear that my career would be in jeopardy.please can anyone let me know what i can do now?
