Form 112 querry

as per my opinion after  completion of articles, it is not required to file 112.

other view is that why to give a chance to the institute, 

so better to take permission filing 112

The purpose behind filling form 112 is to state to the institute that while pursuing any other course there is no clash or any sacrifies done towards articleship training. And the same is confirmed by the principle that he is not having any problem towards his article for pursuing any other course and his article is giving required amount of time towards articleship training. Since in your case the articleship is completed then definitely you want require anything to state to the institute to pursue any other course as there is nothing which actually clashes with your activity.

Form 112 is introduced for student responsibilty for dedicated to particular course training. so article completion students not required to submit. Hence you can pursue and go ahead. All the best.
