i want to know that whether any one who is pursuing B.COm degree via correspondence is required to fill form no. 112?

Hey Form 112 can be submittd only for regular course studies.......not for correspondence..........verify once again ...you will find in form 103...........

112 is required for even correspondence courses

even if u have filled the details in 103, 112 should be filled.
refer point 4 of general instructions given with form 103. 112 is to be filled seperately unless you have earlier obtained the permission and have letter for that.
anyway there is no harm in filling 112. it's better to be on safe side.
