We have filed form 10 IC for the assessment year 2020-21. Reference is invited to Section 115BAA.
Now,for the assessment year 2021-22,should we file ? Is it mandatory to file every year ?

No. If you have opted for concessional tax rates once, it shall apply to subsequent assessment years and cannot be withdrawn.
