ITR was filed for AY 21-22 but by mistake while filing form 10E ay 20-21 selected.
Because of this the relief u/s 89 is disallowed by income tax department & demand has been raised.
Can we file ratification after filing form 10e for AY 21-22 now?
Can form 10E be filed now?
