Form 10E for 21-22

Sir
I have wrongly submitted IT Form 10E as Tax amount of Total Income (without arrear) was wrongly filled up.
Accordingly IT Return was also submitted.
Can I again submit form 10E after correction and accordingly revise IT Return for assessment year 21-22.
Please suggest me.
