Dear sir/ madam
how long it take for the 10A form to get approved and to receive a certificate and also please clarify whether IT filings need to be done before filing 10A or after?

No sir i think you misunderstood my query i am asking whether i have to file 10A form first in order to file IT Returns for charitable/ religious institution
Charitable institutions:
1. yes form 10 see rule 2c
