03 September 2011I have taken signature of my principal on my transfer form(109) but he refused to sign the member in charge trainning(MIT) column. What is member in charge trainning ? is the signature required over there ? will my form be accepted without mit signature.?

YES ALLOWED BUT BEFORE FILLING 109 PRIOR APPROVAL FROM INSTITUTE IS NEEDED

There are diferent-2 process of ICAI yearwise..........dif 4 1 yr and dif 4 3rd yr.....
you should mentioned ur yr of articleship......4 clearity.

My principal is a sole proprietor,i am getting termination,whether i have to get principal signature in MIT or in principal place

Sir,
What if principal is not principal is not giving sign on MIT section Of Form 109....as he is saying that our firm has no MIT ???..........Can ICAI approve it with signing in this column..?
