Form 108-When to submit?

Dear All,

Please tell me..

I am PCC student- with 3.5years of articleship period.

My articleship training computed as per institute guidelines gets over in 24th Jan 2011 as I am having Leave credit of 55 days...

But the actual completion date as per training period is up to 19th March 2011.

1. When can I submit Form 108?

2. When will be my last working day?

You do not get the set off for the excess credit period. You can submit the 108 form only on 19th March 2011. It is your fault  that you have worked more for your employer. It does not mean that your articleship will get over early.
