I have got unique case , my friend failed to submit form 108 for 8 years. And after giving 8 failed attempts , he left Ca. Now, he wants to pursue CA and went to his principal for signing and submitting form 108 with a penalty of rs 10000 but his principal stated that he sent a letter to ICAI about intimation of his article that he has left Ca and so , terminate his articleship under his name.
Today ( 16/01/2024) he went to his principal along with form 108 . But he said above lines that he has terminated his articleship.
I like to know what is the option available for him ?
It would be hugh help because my friend his working in corporate job. But , no idea how to move forward with above situation.
