in case of delay of filing of form 108 for more then 30 days is it necessary to submit letter of condonation??
and if yes then request for condonation is signed by principal or article??

there is no need to get it signed by your principal if the delay is from your side, u jst have to write a simple condonation letter and submit it togather with the fees and duplicate copies of the form
