This Is Suhas i have completed my articleship as per ins date 19-9-07 to 18-3-11 . In these days i have taken 267 days leave, as per ins norms there is excess of 87 days leave. and my principal given leave from april 16th to may 16th for may 2011 pcc exams, exam days are from may 3rd to may 15th so can i consider those days as my articleship days to serve my excess leave to submit form 108 to my principal . because my articleship date ends on 18th march 2011. Im serving to principal to complete the excess leave period .. so pls anyone guide me regarding this and when can i submit form 108? ..should i enclose form 107?...
