MIT is member in charge of training .... If any CA other than your principal in office takes care of training .. his Mem no and signature should be taken
Ull have to fill the no of weeks that you have spent Against headings given in that column.. .. no body from institute will check it so you can give a imaginary one if your principal agrees or if you have maintained a dairy you can copy from it
If you are in 3.5 years of articleship then you will have to draw another column in the side for 6months
