Form 107 or 103

I completed my articleship in june 2011. I counted my excess leave to be around 26 days and finished it in continuation with my current employer. 

I  submitted form 108 for completion of articleship but i forgot to submit form 107 for excess leave.

I got a letter from institute saying that i had 25 days excess leave.

Now its october and almost 3 months have passed.

Can i submit form 107 now with late fees or would i have to submit form 103.
