Form 107/108

My articleship got completed on 3rd april. I have 5 & half months excess leave.

1. Do I need to fill & send forms 107 & 108 on the same date?
2. Do I need to get any franking done on both these forms?
3. Do I need to do it on a stamp paper?
4. If yes is it ok if I get the franking done on 6th/7th april?
