Please Help Me !!

I just cleared my IPCC both groups in Nov 2010 attempt. Now i have to register for Final along with Articles..

1. To get my eligiblity for Nov2013 attempt my articles should have been registered before 30Apr2011. Since my auditor is abroad and can come back only around 1 week of May , CAN i make form 102( Deed of Articles ) backdated to some date in april ??? So that i can sumbit forms in May claiming that deed of articles has been executed before April 30.

2.can i take DD for lumpsum 12000 Rs inclusive of Final registation fees + Articles registration fees ??
