I had filed Form 1-LLP for name rejection but the same was sent for resubmission as the objective of llp and the name proposed were not matching. Now when I try to resubmit I get an error at prescrutiny saying that proposed LLP names are already taken. So my question is that whether I have to propose new names or can change the object clause. And also let me know how I have to resubmit the form.

You can check name avialbility from MCA website...if name already registered then it will show the SRN No.......
