I have to resubmit Form 1 - reason given is - "hand written subscripttion page not uploaded "
what does mean by handwritten ? uploading handwrriten ?
please guide me..

IN FORM 1A THERE IS NO ATTACHMENT IS NECESSARY ABOUT SUBSCRIPTION OF HOLDIING OF
DIRECTORS
FORM 1 A IS JUST APPROVAL OF NEW COMPANY NAME
IF YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT THE FORM 1 ATTACHEMENT OF MOA OF COMPANY THERE IS SUBSRIPTON PAGE OF DIRECTOR HOW MUCH SHARE YOU ALLOTED TO THE DIRECTORS OF YOUR COMPANY WHICH IS NESSARY TO ATTACH

in FORM1 - both MOA & AOA shud b wid Subscripttion page..
in FORM1A - no such requirement..

You must have failed to upload Subscripttion pages of MOA & AOA with Form -1. Both these pages are to be handwritten by the subscribers and also witnessed by Professional i.e. practising CA or CS etc. Please re-submit through Form-67.

I agree with c a satender kumar u have 2 file form -67 which is Form for filing addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness.
