A CLIENT FORGOT I.TAX LOGIN PASSWORD.
THERE ARE MANY WAY TO RESET OF PASSWORD.
RATHER THAN MANY OF ASSESSEE HAS PROBLEM TO RESET OF PASSWORD.
1. CA & ADVOCATE IS NOT TELL HIM WHAT IS PASSWORD
2. SINCE PASSWORD HAS RESET THROUGH REGISTERED EMAIL, PAST CONSULTANT NOT HELP THEM.
3. HE HAS E FILING ACK. NO. BUT BEFORE DURING BANK A/C NOT DECALRED BY ASSESSEE.
SO, MANY OF PROBLEM THIS TYPE WHERE DEPARTMENT NOT RESET OF PASSWORD THROUGH NEW EMAIL.
SO, I THINK DEPARTMENT SHOULD CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. MANY OF ASSESSEE HAS PROBLEM.
