i forgot to claim tds in AY 2018-19.
is there any way i can get any kind of refund or benefit of that amount

But since i did not manually carried forward tds in that year and also i halve already claimed that income in that return.. is it still allowed to claim earlier period tds in current year?
Yes show previous unclaimed tds in present year not income of that year. only show unclaimed tds in present year
