Forget to generate eway bills

i forget to generate 4 eway bills 1 from april and 3 from may.. for local sales in the town for more than 50k.. now what?

No need to worry about it. Eway bill for previous sales cannot be entered at present.

Eway bill needed at the time of delivery of goods with invoices when liable for inspection by gst officials.
At least next time onwards don't forget to generate e-way bill. Because there is news that eway bill generated will be matched with the GSTR returns.

right vinod, there might be chances to link e way bill and gst r1. now dept has started to issue notices for difference between Gstr1 and Gstr3b. also Gstr3b vs GSTR2A. it may be chances to receive notices difference of Eway bills.

May be notice issued for not issuing ewaybill while matching GSTR 1. But idea is there for it.
If department ask about this, tell that customer itself took the delivery of goods in his own non motorized vehicle. That's all......

if customer himself takes delivery, then e way bill not necessary?

Eway bill is compulsory needed either buyer or seller can generate it. The point is that If the goods are transported by a non-motorised conveyance, then no e-way bill is required.

you mean to say that eway bill generation doesnt matter if goods has been sent through non motorized vehicle, whether the invoice value is greater or less than 50000 ?? because as far as i know.. one have to generate eway bill if invoice value reached 50000 or above

Cases where e-way bill is not required:

Where goods are being transported by a non-motorised conveyance ,

consignment value is less than fifty thousand rupees; movement of goods is taking place between unregistered supplier and unregistered recipient,

Where goods are being transported from the customs port, airport, air cargo complex and land customs station to an Inland Container Depot (ICD) or a Container Freight Station (CFS) for clearance by customs,

Where goods are being transported under customs bond from an Inland Container Depot (ICD) or a Container Freight Station (CFS) to a customs port, airport, air cargo complex and land customs station ,

Where goods are being transported under customs supervision or under customs seal,

Where goods are being transported from one customs station or port to another customs station or port,
