Forget roll no. and marksheet

Dear Sir/Ma'am,


I tried to call on the icai exam helpline number multiple times but no response was received . Actually I had appeared for CA Final May 2019 attempt from the old syllabus which was not cleared and now i want to appear for nov 2022 after such a long gap and i already converted myself into a new syllabus from SSP portal. I have the following issue/query:-


1. I have no records (Marksheet & Admit card) of Previous attempt may 2019 and now, if i want to fill the exam form I want details of previous appeared exam . I also tried to apply for duplicate marksheet but there also i need Roll No. which i dont have...Kindly provide me with a solution for that asap.



Please provide me with a valuable solution asap.
