Forget Password - efiling ITR

Dear Sir,

One of my client had himself registered at efiling site and now he forgot his password,

till AY-9-10 i was filing his return mannually, but this year he is comming under 44 AB,

how to break password, or is there any other way ???

Contact with administrator of website of Income Tax Department. Definitely they will help you.

Click the option Forget pasword, then enter :

Enter you PAN No. as the user id and enter
In the next screen enter the secret question and answer which you entered during registration.
enter E-filing Acknowledgement number of previously e-filed return and select correct AssYr
Enter new passwor and retype the password
Enter the verification code

and submit.

By this process you can get the new password, no need to break the password.

I was trying to e file my return but could not finalised it . Or may have finalised. But Now when iam trying to e file return of 2010-11 i am unbvale to proceed becouse i dont remember any of item i e pass word ans of secrer question and acknowledge no etc
