Please give your valuable suggestion on the below:-
If the company forfiets the share warrants,the forfeited amount should go to Capital Reserve or stands as forfeited share warrants under the head of Share Capital.Please suggest.Also please share if any section is there for the same.

Capital Reserve is mandatory to be created in case of profit on reissue of forfeited shares.
Thanks,Could you please suggest upto the time the company will not reissue the share,how this amount should outstands as in Balance Sheet.
