Foreign trade policy
Presently the Foreign Trade policy and Procedures 2004-2009 is expired from 31.03.2009.In this situation what will be applicable from 01.04.2009.when will the New or Amended Foreign Trade Policy and Procedures will be enacted

The old policy will continue till the new policy is announced. Normally it is announced in the first week of april- this year it will announced by the new government.
