With respect to foreign tax credit..can Federal withholding tax (FWT) and State withholding tax (SWT) paid in USA both be claimed for computing income of resident if he is earning in india & USA both..?
Salaried individual resident of India is earning in US dollars. Two types of taxes deducted from monthly salary..FWT & SWT. Can both these taxes be claimed in Form 67 under foreign tax credit..?
