I received a form 1042-s ... what i have to do with this form ???

It will be useful to file ITR of the Resident client, while filling his/her foreign income taxable in India, and also claim his/her tax withheld in US over the income.

Sir they have withheld tax @ 30. So will i get credit of that tax deducted at US ???
