I went to Thailand ,incurred expenditure on Hotel and food whether i can claim tax paid in thailand on such hotel & food expense in india.If i can claim it, what is the procedure

You can claim that expenses,if it is related to your business. If it is your personal you are not supposed claim the expenses. The tax also not to be claimed.
