Dear Sir, We have paid Rs. 7 Lac in USD (10995) for Advertisement in a business magazine in Australia.  

Please advise on :

1) Is there GST Liability under RCM 

2) If yes, what is the GST Rate and HSN/SAC Code

3) Is there TDS Liability

4) If yes, what is tds rate and Section
