Hi ..can some body tell me the relevant provision for deciding the tds on $ payment to a Non Resident towards royalty.

Dear Rajni,

I think any payments made to NRI will direct to Sec 195 which say that any sum paid to NRI, TDS to be deducted @ 30.9%.
