can anybody help in telling the procedure for a foreigner to become a Director in Indian Company.

Obtain Director Identification Number(DIN)
Pass a board resolution to appointment of director
Consent letter obtain from applicants( If Public Company).
File Form-32 to RoC within 30 days from the date of appointment.
