One of our client needs foreign currency for import of production machinery. Can anyone please tell me how he can get foreign currency. What are the legal formalities/ documentation etc.

Obviously the payment will be made through bank. What I want to know is the legal compliance. I remember there is one form for seeking foreign currency. I think its called A1 form. Not sure though.
