A small doubt. If a foreign company got a branch in India. It does not have any profit. Only expenses are reimbursed by the head office. What are the tax consequenses ? pls help guys :) thanks

IF THERE IS NO PROFIT THAN NO TAX TREATEMENT WILL BE THERE BUT HAVE TO FILE RETURN
Please be clear whether the establishment in India is a Liasion Office or a Branch office??????
