Sir, one of our assessee is having two different shops at different locations in one city only.
PAN no. is same. My query is whether hehave to take two different GST no.or only one no. is enough for two shops dealing in grocerry as well as sweet shop
Grocerry and sweet shop are two different business, so required two different GSTIN no. In GST regime for different business vertcal required diffrent GSTIN no. and this GSTIn no. generate through PAN, which was used by assessee.
may take two different registration but there is no mandatory requirement for the same. if you have different business verticle then you can take two different registration but there is no compulson.
