Yes Kaushal, You can start both CS & LLB at a same time.
As CS is a professional cource & LLB is a degree cource. So u can do both simultaneously
I am doing the same. I have completed My B.com form Gujarat University & also completed my CA recently. Now, I am doing CS Final and LLB (Not External).

during your articleship you can take only one additional course by sending form no. 112
after articleship you can join any course
