Has the composition dealer not waived the late fee?

Late Fee waiver applicable to all the registered taxpayers...
The late fees waiver is currently applicable for GsTR-3B ( as per notification 52/2020 and 57/2020). The relaxation for composition dealers has not been given yet. however same could be expected sooner as the representation has been made for the relaxation. But as on date there is no relaxation.
As on date, no late fees waiver for Composition Dealers
