there are some changes in law paper for IPCC Nov 2014 examination.. due to companies act 2013 I have munish bhandari Sir's book for may attempt. But, I want a book for comapany law (only c.l. not full course) which is written for IPCC Nov 14 exam please any one can suggest a good book ( Full details not amendments or comparisons only) for this purpose.... Or a soft copy thanks in advance pratik..

prateek..u can purchase the new munish bhandari sir book or purchase any market -text-book from market of any writer or u can purchase the book of any cs class teacher like sangeet kedia..this all will provide sufficient material...

thanks for your reply buddy. but I want only company law material not full . is any book available for only company law Nov 14 exam thanks for understanding... regards.
