For GST REGISTRATION
Is it mandatory for a doctor who has his own hospital to get gst registration, please explain

Not mandatory if Turnover below threshold limit
or provide only exempted services
or provide only exempted services
No.... healthcare services are Exempted in term of Notification 12/2017 CT (r) & as per Section 23 of CGST person engaged providing Exempted services is not required to obtain Registration.
