For filling itr4s current account compulsary or not
Sir, for presumptive basis of business u/s 44AE i.e vehicle Rs. 7,500 pm per vehicle, if person deals with savings account then any problem will arise after filling ITR 4S, as he shows his savings account instead of current account. His transaction is small. Monthly aprox Rs. 20,000 /-.
Pls clarify this.

Current account is not mandatory for bank transactions(unless bank objects), but an assessee is required to declare all the bank accounts which he has, including current acc.
