after taking total income earned during the year, you can file income tax return in form ITR-1

you can request your employer to provide salary certificate

bank payroll is a evidence for your income i.e. salary income

As the company to proide a simple certificate, specially if salary paid in cash.

You can file return without form 16 as well.
You can file return without form 16 as well.

Company will not provide Form 16 Bcoz assesee income is not taxable or not liable to dedcut TDS. you can file your ITR to consider cerdit amout in ur bank account.

If u have received salary in your acount then usually the amount credited to ur account can b treated as ur income. Subject to some exception like mere book entries etc.

if u have not receivd salary in bank then u can self decalre your income in ITR.

Dear Friend,

You can file ITR by taking annual salary credits . some companies is also providing tax worksheet. it is also useful for filing ITR.
