For Exhibition which documents required

Sir
I am a trader in Delhi's & had booked a stall in exhibition in Delhi Pragati maidan, exhibition will be held in tomorrow now my organiser said to me you had to add additional address for exhibition in GST portal core field.
know please help me that's is right way & how I transfer my stock to my godown to exhibition place & which document will be required for transport.

You have to prepare Challan under Rule 55 and prepare the E-Way bill for the same.

As per my opinion you don't have to change the core field to include the address of the place of exhibition. In the challan as well as e-way bill it shall be mentioned that the goods are removed for exhibition purpose so proper invoice can't be made at the time of removal. And, it's illogical to add all such addresses where exhibitions are to be taken place. This is totally my opinion, others' comments on this matter are highly appreciable. 

No need to add any additional place to your GSTN registration , Just deliver the Goods on Delivery challan & Genrate the Eway by selecting type "Exibition" , Attach the Recept & letter you got for booking at exhibition with Delivery challan

What is sales is involved the exhibition site ?

 

Hi pankaj thank you. will there be any issue to cross the checkpost and sales tax persons with Delivery challan.
