koi new company banegi jisme existing director in other co. will be also a director. to kya wo director applicant ka form-1 sign kar sakta he? jisme both will be director.

Ofcourse he can sign.
Form 1 is the statutory declaration which is to be given by the applicant he may be directors in other companies.
