Sir, the department issue of demand 07 of the tax, interest and penalty , but I am payment the said amount through DRC-03 not set off the demand amount .so I want to know the amount of paid through drc-03 how to rectify
Visit your jurisdictional officer. Either he will adjust the liability or he will ask you to claim refund of tax paid through DRC-03 and pay liability through DRC-07
