hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
this shows how ICAI manipulates the results.
It is quite visible from last three attempts that results were delayed at last moment.
It seems that ICAI manipulates the results at the last moment ........to cut down the result percentage.
otherwise there is no reason appears for the delay of results.

There can be other aspect also.. that ICAI is working to provide set-off benefit to students.............isn't it?
