Hi
I think there is no upper limit mentioned for food coupons for employees. But 10(15) places a restriction of 50 per meal. Is there any other provisions which talks about food coupons. Also, does it attract FBT?

For food couponswhich are not transferable and usable only at eating joints and outlets -Fbt will not apply.
