FMV in 2001
Unable to get FMV for capital gains valuation of a plot in dausa rajasthan.can anybody guide how to get the same?

You have to get the property valued as on 1.4..2001 from a registered valuer.
I think since registration department has been digitalized, you can try to get the value from registration department official website or else directly from registration department itself
